All types of sporting events must be played on the date and site scheduled unless otherwise specified. Sporting events postponed by more than 12 hours or rescheduled will constitute no action.
For betting purposes, the winner of an event will be determined on the date of the event's conclusion. We do not recognize suspended games, protests, scoring amendments, result reversals or overturned decisions.
Since transmission of data over the Internet is beyond our control, occasionally a bet submitted does not reach us. For you to be assured your bet was submitted successfully, always click the "Pending Wagers" button to see if your bet is listed.
If the bet is not in your Pending Wagers, click the "Display Current Pending and Processed Wagers" button at the top of the Pending Wagers page. If the bet is not in your Pending Wagers, there is no bet.
When you submit a bet and receive an error, do not try to resubmit the bet until you check your Pending Wagers. The bet may have gone in. Following this procedure will prevent double betting. If you have questions regarding a bet you placed, call us BEFORE the event begins. |
